Vision

To conceive, develop and promote appropriate strategies for the care of patients and families of those afflicted with chronic limiting diseases.

Mission

To provide comprehensive hospice and palliative care services to patients suffering from life-limiting diseases such as HIV/AIDS and cancer in Nigeria. Palliative care education and research shall compliment these efforts to ensure appropriate manpower production for sustainable national spread, growth and development
